Privacy Policy
This page explains what information RaDev Community collects and how it's used.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, password), profile information you choose to add (bio, location, skills, social links), and activity on the platform (posts, comments, connections, messages, event registrations) needed to operate the site's features. If you apply to a job inside the community, we also keep your application note and the CV you upload.
How it's used
Your data is used to run the platform: authenticating you, showing your profile and content to other members, sending account-related emails (verification, approval, password resets, event confirmations), and calculating community features like points and leaderboards.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
Messages and content visibility
Direct messages are only visible to you and the recipient. Blog posts and comments are visible to other members once published (a limited preview is shown to visitors who aren't logged in).
Job applications and CVs
When you apply to a job inside the community, your note, your CV and your profile are shared with the member who posted the job. CVs are stored privately: they are never publicly accessible and can only be downloaded by that member, site administrators, and you. If you withdraw an application before it is reviewed, or the job is deleted, the CV is deleted with it. Jobs that send you to a company's own website or email address are handled by that company, under its own privacy terms.
Account removal
If an admin removes your account, your posts, messages, and connections tied to that account are deleted along with it. This includes your job applications and CVs, and any jobs you posted together with the applications sent to them.
